Snowglobe Tumbler Care Instructions

Thank you for choosing a handmade custom snowglobe tumbler! Each tumbler is carefully handmade, so slight variations in glitter, pearls, colors, movement, and overall appearance are normal and make each piece unique.

Cleaning

Clean the outside of your tumbler gently by hand using a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap if needed.

Do not submerge the tumbler unless specifically instructed to do so for your particular tumbler.

Do not place your snowglobe tumbler in a dishwasher, microwave, or freezer.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or rough materials that could damage the exterior, decorations, or finish.

Handling

Handle your tumbler gently and with care.

Do not drop, throw, squeeze, or intentionally shake your tumbler.

Do not puncture, open, unscrew, or otherwise tamper with any sealed portion of the tumbler.

Temperature & Storage

Avoid exposing your tumbler to extreme temperatures, including excessive heat, freezing temperatures, or prolonged direct sunlight.

Extreme temperatures may affect the liquid, glitter, pearls, lava effects, adhesive, seals, or other materials used in your tumbler.

When not in use, store your tumbler in a safe location away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

Reactivating Lava & Effects

If your tumbler contains lava or other effects that need to be reactivated, do not shake the tumbler.

Gently flip the tumbler over several times, allowing the contents to settle between flips as needed.

Shaking the tumbler can create excessive bubbles and may interfere with the intended movement and appearance of the contents.

After Delivery

When your tumbler arrives, carefully remove it from its packaging and keep it upright.

Allow your tumbler to settle and degas if necessary before use or before determining whether there is an issue.

If your tumbler contains lava or other effects, follow the reactivation instructions above.
